Hollywood actress Katie Holmes has denied she is expecting her second child with actor husband Tom Cruise.

The "Batman Begins" star was forced to issue a denial after she was spotted wearing a high-volume Balenciaga gown at a Berlin airport earlier this month -- sparking pregnancy rumors.

A spokesman for Holmes says, "She is not pregnant."

But the 28-year-old has not ruled out having more children.

A source tells Us magazine, "Katie told me she wants another child with (Tom).

"She talks about it a lot. But I do not know when exactly they plan to have another baby."
