Tyra Banks has revealed that the highs of her work life throws the lows of her personal life into sharp relief and she doesn’t like it.
She told Essence magazine recently: “I’d go to work [on The Tyra Banks Show], and women would be crying in my arms.”
“But then I’d go home and put my key in my door and … nothing. No friends, no husband, no children.”
“I feel so full when I’m at work but so empty when I come home.”
But it might not stay that way for long - the former model has hinted she would like to become a mum in 2008.

Tyra Banks breidt deal met Warner uit Tyra Banks heeft een langdurige overeenkomst gesloten met Warner Bros, met wie ze al een deal had. Het voormalige topmodel gaat televisieprojecten, realityshows, films en projecten ontwikkelen die meteen op dvd uitkomen. Ook zou ze een nieuw team mogen samenstellen voor haar productiebedrijf Bankable Productions. Dat meldt filmvakblad Variety.
Warner noemt de 33-jarige Banks een van de meest veelzijdige talententen in televisieland. Ze werd groot met het door haar bedachte programma America's Next Top Model, dat ze presenteert en waarvan ze uitvoerend producent is. De show is verkocht aan meer dan honderd landen, waaronder Nederland. Ook haar Tyra Bank's Show werd in Nederland uitgezonden.
