Joel Madden is such a proud papa he can’t stop talking about his and Nicole Richie’s brand new baby Harlow!

On a blog post on his DCMA website he writes, “I am finally home with my beautiful girlfriend and our brand new little daughter. She is 19 inches long and growing everyday already. We are so blessed to have this beautiful little baby in our lives.”

He also says Harlow “looks so much like her mom its crazy!”

“She eats like a little maniac and she’s really sweet,” Joel writes. “She barely ever cries, even when daddy is changing her diaper, and believe me I suck when it comes to diapers, but I’m learning! I can’t wait to show off some pictures.”

Madden also was thankful “for all the love and kind words” from well-wishers and fans.

“We apologize we weren’t accepting and gifts/cards/calls at the hospital,” Joel noted, “but if you’d like to send something, we’d rather you make a donation to the Richie-Madden Foundation, which we started in Harlow Winter’s honor.”
