David Hasselhoff and his ex-wife, Pamela Bach performed a holiday miracle and have finally reached an agreement over custody and financial matters in their 2006 divorce, PageSix.com reports.
The former “Baywatch” lifeguard and the one-time soap star agreed to share custody of their two teenage daughters, Taylor, 17 and Hayley, 14. They’ve also decided on spousal and child support and will put their Encino, Calif., home on the market.
The two had a similar 50-50 custody arrangement until earlier this year when a home video (shotby the daughters) of Hasselhoff drunk and rambling incoherently hit the Web. He briefly lost custody over the tape but regained sole custody just one month later.

David Hasselhoff is said to be currently recovering in hospital following a 'severe drinking relapse.' The former Baywatch star 'fell off the wagon' and immediately sought out help, and according to his spokesperson, is expected home this morning.
“David had a brief relapse and immediately recognised the importance of addressing it with the assistance of his doctors. He is doing fine and will be back home in the morning.” The spokesman said in a statement yesterday.
However, a source told the Daily Star newspaper in the UK:
“He looked awful when they brought him in. His colour was ashen. It was just so sad. David does so well staying sober and then something kicks in and he’s back drinking.
“Most times he does remarkably well. Then every once in a while he slips up and relapses. Then he has to start all over again.” They added.
Hasselhoff's career seems to be on the up and up, and following a stint as a judge on America's Got Talent, he was also yesterday rumoured to be starring in a sequel to the hit cult flick Anaconda.
